1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any of rp667's Services. By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rp667 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and use the rp667 platform. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly unlawful under local statute remains the sole responsibility of the individual accessing the platform. rp667 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction other than as described herein.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on rp667. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Exclusions. The following individuals are ineligible to register as Members:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from rp667 for any reason.
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded through rp667's Responsible Gaming tools and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, or agents of rp667 and their immediate family members.
• Individuals acting on behalf of any of the above categories of persons.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account with rp667, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact number. rp667 will rely on this information for identity verification (KYC) and for processing financial transactions. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity. You must notify rp667's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). rp667 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a current Indonesian passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rp667 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.4 Account Transferability. Your rp667 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, charge, or otherwise transfer your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the transfer void and may result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rp667 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. rp667 does not accept deposits via third-party intermediaries, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed on the platform's deposit page.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the platform. rp667 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice provided on the relevant deposit page.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Bank transfer withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within 15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed instantly on a 24/7 basis. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rp667 Member account. rp667 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Members against fraud.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will be rejected and must be resubmitted once the withdrawal balance meets the minimum requirement.

4.6 Deposit Matching. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered and verified in your name. rp667 reserves the right to return deposits received from unrecognized or third-party sources and may request documentation to verify the ownership of the funding account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by rp667 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms. rp667 reserves the right to define which game categories contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements and at what percentage.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each rp667 promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through a single account or through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw. rp667 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Where a modification materially changes the nature of an already-claimed bonus, affected Members will be notified via the contact details on their account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook. All bets placed on the rp667 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. For football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the handicap line offered at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and at rp667's absolute discretion. rp667 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, significant events occurring during a match, or concerns about the integrity of the contest.

6.3 Slots and RNG Games. All slot games and random-number-generator (RNG) table games on the rp667 platform are supplied by licensed, internationally audited studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each title are available within the relevant game's information panel.

6.6 Voided Bets. rp667 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error, a system malfunction, a technical fault displaying incorrect odds, or evidence of bet placement by an automated system. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the Member's wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp667 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with bets placed on rp667.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display bugs to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Using the rp667 platform for any money laundering activity or for the placement of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward rp667 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the rp667 platform — including but not limited to the rp667 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of rp667 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any rp667 intellectual property.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp667 platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the rp667 platform or its content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content supplied by third-party studio providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. rp667 operates under licence from those providers and does not claim ownership of their game titles, graphics, or mechanics.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. rp667's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. rp667 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services form part of the rp667 platform ecosystem.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by rp667. rp667 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a Member's account at any time and without prior notice if rp667 reasonably suspects that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Termination by rp667. rp667 may permanently close a Member's account in cases of confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy KYC requirements. Upon permanent closure for cause, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding investigation.

11.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting rp667's support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all active wagers will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out via an approved withdrawal method following KYC verification.

11.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion.
